Cut the bread slices diagonally and make 6 pieces out of 3 slices.
In a mixing bowl, break the eggs and add milk, sugar powder, cinnamon powder and rose essence. Whisk properly.
Add the bread slices to the whisked solution and keep for 1 to 2 minutes. Let the slices absorb the solution, but make sure they don't break.
Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan and put 2 slices very carefully. Fry both the sides of the slices until they are light golden in colour. In the same way, fry the other slices.
The ghee gets absorbed in the bread so no need of a soaking paper. Remove the pieces to a regular serving tray and enjoy.
